## Listings and Rentals

### Owners

You represent that:

- You own or are authorized to rent the tool
- Listings are accurate

### Renters

You are responsible for reviewing listings and agreeing to rental terms.

## Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

By using Patio:

- You authorize Patio to facilitate payments
- You agree to applicable payment provider terms

Patio may charge service fees.

## Payouts

Owners receive payouts via Stripe.

Timing depends on payment processing and verification.

## Fees

Patio may charge service or transaction fees, which will be disclosed before completing a transaction.

## Insurance and Risk

Patio does **not provide insurance**.

Users are responsible for:

- Tool condition
- Damages
- Agreements between themselves

## User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Violate laws
- Harm other users
- Provide false information
- Disrupt the platform

## Content

You grant Patio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you post.

## Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patio is not liable for:

- User interactions
- Rental disputes
- Loss or damage related to rentals
