Getting Started with Patio

Patio makes it easy to organize your inventory, manage your community, and keep track of every loan from one place. Follow the steps below to set up your workspace.

Set up your organization

Begin by creating a new workspace for your organization. Your workspace is the central hub where you'll configure settings and manage your day-to-day operations.

Build your inventory

Add a few items to your catalog to get started. Include the information that matters to your organization, such as photos, categories, and availability.

Add your team

Invite staff members or volunteers so they can access the workspace and help manage inventory, members, and lending activities.

Process your first checkout

With your inventory in place, you're ready to lend. Create a checkout, assign it to a member, and use Patio to keep track of due dates and returns.
